Why Coordinate
with TRWC?

Reduce redundancy and align resources

Interagency coordination ensures that limited staff time and funding go further.

Design projects that protect homes, infrastructure,
and landscapes

Partners benefit from TRWC’s strategic planning tools and community relationships.

Access cooperative funding and cost-share opportunities

Co-developed projects can leverage combined resources for meaningful impact.

Multi-benefit Projects

Beyond reducing wildfire risk, we plan projects that are multi-benefit. We plan for work that protects watersheds and critical infrastructure for the whole community, improves habitat for our native species, protects our natural and historical assets, and improves safety for our first responders.

  • Accelerate mitigation timelines

  • Bring work to landscapes with high wildfire risk

  • Support Home Ignition Zone and ingress/egress improvements

  • Reduce barriers for landowners and neighborhoods
